Loft 3 - Troubleshooting
No Electricity!?
Check the breaker box in the dressing (see image below), if a breaker has flipped flip it back and check again. If not contact us!
This soap/bath salt/cream is empty?
If you encounter anything that we provide to be empty, contact us and we will supply it as soon as possible.
There is no hot water upstairs!
Whenever the power is off, due to maintenance, provider interruption or a breaker switch; the upstairs water-heater will not automatically restart.
In this case go to the upstairs water-heater in bathroom 2 under the sink (see image below).
To restart the water-heater press the “ON/OFF” button.
When it’s restarted press the “Hotter” button till it has reached it maximum temperature.
Enjoy your hot water.
The oven is not working!
Check if the timer has been turned on, you will need to turn the button to the “hand” symbol
The coffee machine isn’t working!
Sometimes the coffee beans tend to stick together and prevent them from slipping into the hopper to be ground. Agitating the beans with a spoon by stirring the beans in the machine will dislodge them and coffee can be made again.
Also check if there’s enough water in the reservoir. If not remove the reservoir by pulling it up and fill it with tap-water, then put it back .
There is something I cant find in this manual!
